Ningbo Huayuan Metal manufacturers high quality electro polishing quality(EPQ) wire and forming wire from 0.80-13.0mm in bright surface finish. We registered “Topone” as our Trade Mark. Topone EPQ/Forming wire can be supplied in 1/8 hard, 1/4 hard and 1/2 hard conditions, which are all manufactured as per ASTM A555/ASTM A580, JIS G4309, EN 10088-3, GB/T4240 and other equivalent international standards.
Application
Topone EPQ wire has electro polishing quality bright surface, slight magnetism and no cracks in forming, it is widely used in manufacturing bicycle fittings, kitchenware and anitation tools, good shelf, pet cages, grill racks, decrative handles and baskets, food and medical machinary accessories,etc. Some products are only with wire forming and no need of electro polishling process,so the bright forming wire will work as its material.
